About Your Order/Shipping Depending on the products you purchase may dictate the order in which your products arrive at your door. Most products should ship within 2-3 days. In the event your products can not be shipped within that time frame, you may be contacted by Teamdreamweaver.com to provide an estimated timeline for arrival. We will also continue the practice of shipping minus items that are back-ordered during fishing season.
In certain situations we will leverage partner relationships to ship products. This could mean that your order may arrive in more than one box.
Our Return Policy Every item in our store comes with a 30-day money back guarantee unless otherwise specified. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item. We will reimburse you for the shipping cost based on our cost to ship to you via USPS - Priority Mail. Send Returns and Exchanges to: Dreamweaver Lures - Returns. If the package was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please email us before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the maufacturer for replacement or repair. If Teamdreamweaver.com made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for "turn around time" for the issuance of credit or for a shipping reimbursement.
Drop Shipments Since the merchandise in question is shipped direct to you from our vendor/manufacturer, it will be necessary for you to contact us to communicate with them. The manufacturers have different return policies and addresses that the items need to be returned to. Please email us and we will promply reply to resolve the problem.
Shipping Charges USA Flat rate shipping of $6.25/package unless the order exceeds $150.00. In this case, we will ship the order free of charge. We prefer to ship USPS Priority, but will ship via UPS when requested. 2nd or next day shipping charges extra.
International We charge actual shipping on international orders. Our preferred method to ship is USPS International Priority. It is possible that the charges calculuted during the check process do not reflect the true cost to ship the order. In cases such as this, we will advise you of the charge and will proceed with shipping the oder.

On all international orders the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or ancillary fees charged by the country. Delivery time globally varies from country to country and is difficult to predict. We will provide a electronic tracker to moniter the package shipping progress.
